2001 Vintage Shiraz
Matured in American oak for 14 months, this Shiraz begins with smokey vanillin oak and goes through the spectrum of chocolate, coconut, violets, peppers and prunes, all of which flow through to the fresh, full, round flavoursome palate that is balanced with fine, chalky tannins. Enjoy now or allow this wine to develop to its full potential with 7 to 10 years in the cellar.
2002 Vintage Shiraz
This years wine has proven to be a favourite taste on many a palate. Vanillin oak with lifted violets, plums and licorice carry through to the full round palate, finishing with lingering fruit, peppers and chalky tannins. Be quick with this wine as stocks are running out. Cellar for 5-7 years.
